No Refund Policy
All fees paid on the PREATOM platform are non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.
1. Resource Reservation
Upon contract initiation, system resources are immediately reserved including processing capacity, storage infrastructure, and audit resources.
2. Signature Processing
Electronic signatures are processed and permanently stored in immutable audit records. This process cannot be reversed.
3. Cryptographic Evidence Generation
The cryptographic evidence package is generated upon contract creation, including SHA-256 hash and RFC 3161 timestamp.
4. Permanent Audit Records
All actions are recorded in a permanent immutable audit ledger that cannot be deleted or modified, in accordance with legal compliance requirements.
5. Legal Billing Entity
All financial transactions are issued by: Some Has. All disputes are subject to applicable law in the agreed jurisdiction.
