PREATOM is NOT a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP) under the eIDAS Regulation. Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) as defined by eIDAS require integration with a certified and supervised trust-service provider. PREATOM does not provide QES.
📋 What PREATOM Provides
PREATOM is designed to support ESIGN-aligned workflows and foundational eIDAS-aligned auditability. The platform produces Advanced Electronic Signatures (AES) evidence packages with cryptographic integrity, chain of custody, and RFC 3161 trusted timestamps.
No Legal Advice
PREATOM does not provide legal advice. Contract templates are generated from deterministic clause libraries and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel for transactions involving significant legal or financial risk.
Jurisdiction Limits
Electronic signature validity varies by jurisdiction. Users are responsible for verifying that electronically signed contracts are legally enforceable in their specific jurisdiction and context.
